Mission Statement: To empower our athletes by helping them develop skills and excel in our four pillars of all-star cheerleading: technique, dance, tumbling, and stunting.
Vision: We are dedicated to create a safe and fun environment where respect for each athlete and coach is emulated. We believe that when a positive learning environment is achieved, our athletes can reach their full potential. Through focusing on our four pillars of all-star cheerleading, our athletes can individually develop skills, while motivating others to excel as a team.

Safety Rules:
- No jewelry! (Includes jewelry that is not exposed)
- Hair must be up and out of your face (use hairspray or bobby pins, no hard hair accessories).
- Shoes must be worn at all times
- Appropriate attire must be worn at all times (black tank top and spandex shorts)
- No gum
- No cell phone usage during practice
- Fingernails must be trimmed and filed
- You are only allowed on the equipment while a coach is present.
- Make sure there is enough space before performing a skill.
- Mastery of the skill must be shown before progression.
- During an emergency, the coach will stay with the injured person and apply any needed medical attention as trained. (First Aid/CPR certified)
- All other athletes give the injured person space.
- Two reliable people call 911, gives the exact location, and the basic information on the injury (head injury, broken leg, etc) and tells the ambulance where to enter.
- Send at least two people to meet the ambulance to direct it to the correct location.
- If coach goes with injured person in ambulance, all activity stops.
Emergency Phone Script:
- In case of an emergency call: 9-1-1.
- When answered, talk slowly, and clearly and say this: "My name is ___________ We are located at Tumble Central at 345 W 600 S #409, Heber City, UT. One of our cheerleaders has been injured. She/He has injured her/his __________________________________ (describe injury) and needs an ambulance. Please come to the west entrance of the building and we will have someone there to direct you."
- Stay on the line until the emergency service dispatcher says you can hang up.
